We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The medical treatments and decisions are strictly between the patient and the treating hospital/doctor.

3. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Using our website, communicating with our staff, or utilizing our facilitation services does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Your doctor-patient relationship will be established exclusively with the healthcare providers you choose to consult with and receive treatment from.

4. Limitation of Liability

Alyusr Medical Tourism Pvt Ltd is not liable for any medical outcomes, complications, negligence, or malpractice by the healthcare professionals or hospitals we refer you to. The responsibility for medical treatment, outcomes, and related risks lies solely with the treating hospital and physicians.

We do not guarantee the success of any medical procedure or the accuracy of medical opinions provided by the doctors we connect you with.

5. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

Any medical fees are generally paid directly to the chosen hospital. If we facilitate any specific payments or deposits for travel and accommodation, the terms for refunds and cancellations will be detailed in your service agreement. Standard hospital cancellation policies will apply to any medical appointments or surgeries.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to provide accurate and complete medical history and information. It is your responsibility to consult with your local physician before traveling abroad for medical treatment and to follow all pre- and post-operative instructions provided by your treating physician.
